Do What You Want

George Eliot said, “It’s never too late to be who you might have been.” I love that. Just never give up. Do what your heart tells you.

At the moment, mine is telling me to hone my problem solving skills by doing some puzzles!

Sudoku Goes Mad on iTunes - Botchee is a new game where precise botching of a Sudoku puzzle becomes a finely developed skill

Botchee brings Sudoku to a new level of entertainment. At only 4 squares by 4 squares, the puzzle is small, but the challenge is great, as you pit your mad “botching” skills against robots bent on your destruction.

Each robot is named based on capability:

zBest1move plays to score the maximum number of points on each turn. zBotcher does best1move, but also knows to botch the puzzle when he goes first. The player who goes second has a distinct advantage, if the puzzle is solved; "Botching” the puzzle removes this advantage.

Placing a number awards points equal to the number placed i.e. place a 3 for 3 points.

Bonus points are also awarded for completing a row, box or column.

Point totals naturally escalate as the puzzle fills. Placing a single number may complete 1, 2 or 3 regions; bonus points accumulate for each region filled. Placing a 4 that fills three regions awards a maximum of 21 points on a single turn.

Botchee 4x4 is a bit like tic-tac-toe, on steroids; visit Botchee.com
