Requiem for a Dream
One of my favorite movies ever is 'Requiem for a Dream.' It is absolutely horrifying and shows the many faces that addiction can take. I have not seen it in many years (it's just too dark), but it always sticks in your mind as if you just saw it. This definitely should be required viewing for teens, as it shows the dark side of drugs that media does not always show.
