After “The Bad” turns the world upside down, a young girl has to learn how to survive among the undead and living people trying just as hard to survive. The focus on survival creates a genuine strong female lead; and, as a reader, you struggle with our lonely girl through every hard decision and close call. I won’t spoil the story, but it’s action-packed and compelling. I can’t wait to see where Beeman takes her as the series continues. Bring on Book 2!

Lonely Girl
