My Meat injector
My Meat injector This set is probably one of my favorite investments in my kitchen. I love to cook and wanted to make sure that I was making everything taste the best that I can and this injector takes care of that. I use it for meats and even for injecting various fruits for desserts and for party cocktails. It’s easy to find cheap plastic single use syringes, but they often break and are a waste of money. This set is great because it’s made out of stainless steel and comes with three different sized needles. One has 12 side holes for injecting marinades and is 6 inches long. Another 6 inch is a wider needle for injecting solids like garlic and thick chunky marinades. Lastly, the 3.5 inch needle is for smaller cuts of meat or small fruits. I find the needles very strong and durable and easy to put together and it’s great that this set comes with 6 extra silicone O-rings which makes the syringe leak proof. The syringe itself holds up to 2 ounces and is easy to clean because there are brushes that come with it. So besides getting cleaning brushes, leak proof extra rings, three different needles you also get a storage bag and a free ebook to download which talks about cool injection secrets for seasoning your meat.
