Own It. For Girls Who Want TO Become More

Teen girls between the ages of 12-19 years undergo physical and emotional distress in silence. From low self-esteem to excessive harm, teen girls struggle to find balance between constructive criticism and self-destructive thoughts.  In our case study, 71% admitted to not talking to their parents about their fears. Teen girls are extra sensitive on their outward appearance, physique, accessories and their social life, friends and emotions.
A number of teenage girls struggle with low self esteem and loneliness. According to the survey carried out on 333 girls between 12-19 years from 11 global ethnicities, 50% would like to change their physical appearance, 56% do not love themselves, and only 25% love themselves while 19% are not sure if they love themselves.
Own It is the world’s first mind therapy book for girls. The book is designed to inspire, devalue loneliness and re-invent low self esteem. It is a 2 in 1 book addressing a fierce mental battle in adolescent girls and providing a positive and hopeful way to overcome these challenges. The book hopes to empower young women towards living a more fulfilled life, embracing their physique and owning their emotions and fears.
The early bird specials include a free downloadable digital OWN IT planner. My Best Friend and I early bird special includes 2 hardcover copies and 1 OWN IT resolution planner for £30.
